BIOGRAPHY:
Hello! I am the Districts’ Military Cooperative Social Worker for Fort Sam Houston and Lackland Independent School Districts. I have had the distinct pleasure of being a part of the cooperative since 2007. The first three years with the district was as a contract personnel, whereas, in 2010 I became an employee of the district. My previous work experience consists of 12 years at East Central I.S.D. as a school social worker; two and a half years of supervision at the Texas Department of Human Services; and two and a half years as a Children’s Protective Services Investigator. I graduated from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma receiving my Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in counseling. Upon graduation, I moved to San Antonio to further my education. I attended Our Lady of the Lake University receiving my Master of Social Work degree. I can be reached on my cell phone during school hours.
