About Me

Hello, My name is Katherine Rodriguez (Kat or Mrs. Kat). I have a Corporate America background specializing in staff management for over 25 years.

This school year 2024-2025 will be my 2^nd year as a paraeducator in the Middle School ALE room at Robert G Cole HS. I started as a contractor in 2023 and quickly realized this is where I was meant to be. Besides my mom role, this is one of the most rewarding roles I have ever been in. I believe the many years I have spent advocating for my son was preparing me to be the voice and advocate for my students. As I navigate in my new role, I will ensure that I continue to provide a positive and inclusive impact towards my students
