From the city: "A new art exhibit has landed at San Antonio International Airport (SAT) in the Galleries @SAT, called “Puro San Antonio.” It features the colorful photography of advanced commercial photography students from Robert G. Cole High School on Joint Base Fort Sam Houston. The collaborative gallery is inspired by recent artistic trends using paint chips and vibrant colors. The series of images features items near and dear to the hearts of San Antonians. From numbers that detail local zip codes to names honoring Texan and Hispanic dialects, every element of the images focuses on deepening connections to our diverse community."
The airport estimates 12 to 15 MILLION visitors will pass the exhibit.
