About Me

I am the new PE/Adaptive PE Teacher at the Military School Districts' Cooperative. I received my Bachelor degree in Exercise & Sports Science from Southwest Texas State University (Swt) in San Marcos, TX, currently known as Texas State. I grew up in Brisbane, Qld Australia, until I was 16 years old and moved to Texas with my family. Following college my husband and I moved to the San Antonio area after graduating from SWT in 1997. I have worked as an educator in public schools for 25 years. I’m very excited and honored to serve this community.

Personally, I am married to my college sweetheart Shawn.  Together we are proud parents of two wonderful sons Ryan & Justin. We also have two rescue dogs named Champ & Molly.

In our spare time, our family shares a passion for playing sports - tennis, pickleball, basketball, frisbee, spikeball.  We also love going to the beach and spending time with each other outdoors.
